This policy explains what Triple-Seven BoostMySites AI Solutions Private Limited collects when you use BOOSTMYSITES, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers the dashboard, the desktop Companion and this website.
1. What we collect
Your account: name, business name, email, phone number and password (stored only as a hash, never in readable form).
Your business details: what you sell, your website, your audience and anything else you enter so the AI can write your campaigns.
Campaign data: the campaigns we build for you, their performance figures read back from the advertising platforms, and the leads those campaigns produce.
Billing: what you bought, when, the amount, the tax and your billing address. We never see or store your card details — those are entered directly with Razorpay or Stripe, who hold them.
Technical: log and usage records needed to run and secure the service.
2. Why we use it
To run the service you asked for: to plan and build your campaigns, to bill you, to support you, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data to train models for anyone else.
3. Your advertising accounts
The Companion works in a browser window on your own computer, signed in as you, so that your advertising accounts stay yours. Those sign-in sessions live on your machine. We do not collect or store your Google, Meta or LinkedIn passwords.
4. Who else is involved
We use a small number of processors, each for one job: hosting and databases (Vercel), payments (Razorpay, Stripe), AI model providers for generating campaign text and images, and email delivery. They handle data on our instructions only.
The advertising platforms you connect — Meta, Google and others — receive the campaign details we publish on your instruction, and are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Leads collected through your ads
Where a campaign collects leads, those people's details belong to you: we hold them on your behalf so you can see and act on them. You are the controller of that data and responsible for how you contact those people, including under India's consumer and data-protection rules and any local equivalents.
6. How long we keep it
Account and campaign data is kept while your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Invoices and tax records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. You can ask us to delete the rest sooner.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its contents. Write to support@boostmysites.com and we will answer within 30 days.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, payment credentials never touch our servers, and administrative access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
9. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
