Delete your account

There is a button for this. It takes about ten seconds:

1. Open the BOOSTMYSITES app and sign in.
2. Tap Account in the bar at the bottom.
3. Scroll to the end and tap Delete account.
4. Type your password to confirm.

The account is deleted straight away — there is no waiting period and nobody has to approve it. You are signed out, and the email address becomes free to sign up with again.

The same button is on the website: sign in at www.boostmysites.in/app and open Account.

If you cannot sign in, email support@boostmysites.com from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We do it within 7 days and write back to say it is done.

Deleting the account removes, permanently:

• your name, email address, phone number and business details;
• your password;
• your campaign plans, ad copy, creatives and campaign history in BOOSTMYSITES;
• leads and enquiries stored in your dashboard;
• your credit balance and any credits you have not spent, which are not refundable;
• your Telegram connection, so the updates stop;
• any saved payment mandate, which is cancelled with the payment provider first.

Campaigns already running inside your own Meta, Google or LinkedIn ad accounts are yours and stay there. They belong to those accounts, not to us, so pause or delete them in the ad account itself.

Indian tax law requires a seller to keep invoices and payment records. We keep the invoice for each purchase — the amount, the date, the GST and the name and address it was billed to — for eight years, as the law requires, and for nothing else. These records are not used to contact you and are not linked to a usable account.

Everything else listed above is gone and cannot be restored, by you or by us.
